At Matchilo, we aim to ensure a simple, transparent, and secure experience for every customer.

📦 Cash on Delivery and On-Site Verification

Our orders are delivered with Cash on Delivery.
Upon delivery by the driver, you have the option to:

• Open the package in the presence of the driver,

• Verify the condition and conformity of the products: the powdered matcha and the items in the preparation set (bowl, whisk, spoon, etc.).

✅ If everything is in order, you can proceed with the payment.
❌ If an item is broken, damaged, or non-conforming, you can refuse the package on the spot, free of charge.

❌ No Returns After Package Acceptance

Once the package has been accepted and paid for, no returns or refunds will be possible, except for proof of damage occurring before receipt and reported immediately upon delivery.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, no returns are accepted on:

• Powdered matcha, especially if the packaging is opened,

• Preparation accessories (bowls, whisks, spoons...) used or unboxed.
